Farm House – Moinabad
Located in the midst of a 5 Acre farm, this house is designed to showcase a minimalist structure with simple straight lines. The U-shaped building spreads itself across an external courtyard sprawled by lush green landscape and a covered swimming pool.
The program was to create open, large living and dining spaces that can accommodate weekend parties for 100 people while accommodating 5 families for daily stay.. Several diverse public and private spaces were created wherein groups of people could congregate in personal private groups and yet be connected to the larger context and environment.

An open floor plate model with zero internal walls was conceptualized with strategic furniture and spatial zoning / allocations on the ground floor. The living rooms open into the dining and kitchen without any barriers. These rooms are enveloped with a 5m high curtain wall that seamlessly integrates with the internal space with the external landscape. A rooftop party zone extends its view into the landscape and swimming pool.
The bedrooms located on the first floor open into a terrace which oversees the vast landscape and farm.
