After understanding project and client requirements we create a Project Vision Document. We actively engage and encourage participation of all stakeholders like Clients, Designers, Planners, Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, and End Users to create a common program that addresses all requirements to facilitate smooth functioning of the project at various levels.
