Sustainability is an integral part of our design process and not a speciality. High performance building design starts with an integrated design process that streamlines spatial planning, engineering systems, facility management and energy conservation. We create new benchmarks that go beyond certification. Passively, our buildings utilize natural resources like daylight, wind and water with great efficiency thereby, reducing carbon footprint. Actively, we also design and engineer the building towards this end. We facilitate “LEED” and “GRIHA” certification.
