Founded in 1968 Reliance Builders is one of the fastest growing real estate firms in the twin states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The design of their corporate office both in Architecture and Interiors needed to reflect the client’s image as a market leader in the industry. A 5 storied building with simple yet stunning Architectural and Interior elements was envisioned. Unique curtain wall design with solar shade louvers, rainscreen systems, stone elements and efficient, elegant, and bright interiors are the hallmarks of this project.
Our integrated design approach has helped us create stunning external and internal environments where daylight penerates from the perimeter walls.
The centrally located reception opens into two departments on the north and the south sides on every floor. Layers of glass both internal and external, facade louvers, furnishings such as blinds, wooden and metal doors, have been strategically placed to establish openness and richness. Timeless materials such as teak veneers, Italian marble flooring, Wooden floors, Textiles and carpets have been used to create a comfortable and productive work environment.
Lighting has been an integral part of the design process and it has been strategically used to create soft, stunning and productive interior ambience.
