Retrofit projects are the most challenging. The task was to renovate an existing restaurant two decades old to reflect the modern design language while improvising the kitchen and dining layouts. The exposed soffit ceiling and the floor mirror themselves, separate the circulation from the service counters and the dining area. The design has been a runaway hit amongst customers as it has resulted in a good ambiance and faster service.
