The design approach was to focus on simplicity, sophistication and elegance using straight line language. The house has been designed around two central green courtyards with feature walls.On entering the house one crosers a foyer which is flanked on all sides by two courtyards with distinctive characteristics, formal and informal living spaces, dining and guest bedrooms. The kitchen which links the formal spaces to the dining room has been fitted with integrated appliances and seamless finishes. The master bedroom and the home theater flow out onto the front terrace which overlooks the entire community.
