A flexible yet elegant workspace environment that could any day be converted into a corporate workspace was the need of the hour. The challenge was to create private, semi-private, and open workspaces that could be leased to small companies as well as individual desks to startups.
The floor plate and workspace zoning provided a unique layout with the central core dedicated to large semi-private workstations that could be used for second-level managerial staff. Enclosed glass cabins up along the perimeter of the office created the required private spaces for individual offices and conference rooms. The intermediate spaces were filled with individual workstations that are not only comfortable but also elegant.
Several feature elements were standardized and used strategically to break the monotony of the open workspace environment. Appropriate use of textiles, fabric, furniture, and color created a stunning work environment that has enhanced productivity.
